Dr. Emad Fayyad

Biography

Dr. Emad Fayyad is a distinguished Consultant Gastroenterologist with over 20 years of experience in the field.

He earned his medical degree with a specialization in General Medicine from Luliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Romania, where he also obtained a Competence in Endoscopy from the Ministry of Health.

Before joining Mubadala Health Dubai, Dr. Fayyad was practicing at Medcare Hospital, Dubai here he worked as a Consultant Gastroenterologist.

His scope of practice includes evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with diseases and disorders of the digestive organs such as the stomach, bowels, liver, gallbladder, and related structures like the esophagus and pancreas. He is proficient in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using endoscopes in a daycare setting. His expertise encompasses luminal endoscopy (OesophagoGastroDuodenoscopy(OGD)/Colonoscopy/Capsule endoscopy) and breath tests.
