Biography
Sharel Caroline Noronha is a Speech and Language Pathologist with over 6 years of clinical experience, providing comprehensive assessment and therapy services for both pediatric and adult populations. She is committed to improving communication, speech, voice, and swallowing abilities through evidence-based, patient-centred care.
Ms. Noronha completed her Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (MASLP) from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Karnataka, India. Her clinical training and professional journey have enabled her to develop strong expertise in managing developmental, neurogenic, and functional communication disorders across diverse care settings.
Before joining Mubadala Health Dubai, Ms. Noronha worked as a Part-Time Speech Therapist at Q Enrichment, where she supported children with speech, language, and developmental communication needs. She has also played an active role in healthcare education and quality improvement, having single-handedly trained nurses and healthcare assistants on IDDSI standards, speaking valve use, and swallowing guidelines at Amana Healthcare. In addition, she has contributed to staff and patient wellbeing initiatives through recreational and wellness activities at Burjeel and Amana Healthcare.
Her collaborative approach and dedication to multidisciplinary care allow her to deliver individualized therapy plans that support meaningful communication and improved quality of life.
