Dr. Samir Issa is a highly experienced Consultant Vascular Surgeon with over 18 years of clinical experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of vascular conditions. He is internationally trained and recognized for his expertise in minimally invasive vascular procedures, particularly advanced vein treatments, providing comprehensive, patient-centred care.

Dr. Samir completed his medical education at leading international institutions, including the University of Paris VI and the University of Lyon Claude Bernard in France, as well as the University of Pittsburgh in the United States. His extensive training across Europe and the United States has equipped him with a strong foundation in vascular, general, and transplant surgery.

Throughout his career, Dr. Samir has performed more than 5,000 vein ablation procedures, demonstrating exceptional expertise in the treatment of venous diseases using advanced, minimally invasive techniques. His experience spans leading healthcare facilities, where he has contributed to the development and advancement of vascular surgery services.

Before joining Mubadala Health Dubai, Dr. Samir served as Consultant Vascular Surgeon and Medical Director at Venocare Vascular Surgery Clinic LLC in Dubai, UAE, where he led clinical operations and delivered high-quality vascular care with a focus on innovation and patient outcomes.
