Dr. Iman Abisourour an American Board-certified clinician, who brings 18 years of clinical expertise in Internal Medicine, with a strong focus on preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and comprehensive wellness programs. She is known for her patient-centred, evidence-based approach, integrating preventive strategies with holistic care to support long-term health outcomes.
Dr. Abisourour completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honors at the International Islamic University Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, followed by an Internal Medicine Residency at New York Methodist Hospital, New York, USA. Her international training has equipped her with extensive experience in managing both acute and complex medical conditions across diverse patient populations.
Before joining Mubadala Health Dubai, Dr. Abisourour served as Deputy Medical Director and Consultant Internal Medicine at Valiant Healthcare L.L.C, Dubai, where she was appointed Head of Department in 2020 and later Deputy Medical Director in 2024. During this time, she led multidisciplinary teams and played a key role in developing and supervising comprehensive wellness and screening programs for over 15 years.
