Mental health concerns, which can impact our mood, behavior and thinking, affect many adults at some stage of their life. A mental illness is diagnosed when the signs and symptoms are ongoing and begin to impact daily life and the ability to function normally

Mental health disorders in adults can manifest in various ways and may be caused by a combination of genetic, biological, environmental, and psychological factors.
