Prof. Dr. Olaf Ulf Arndt

Biography

Prof. Dr. Olaf Ulf Arndt is a highly experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon with nearly 30 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions in both adults and children. Internationally recognized for his advanced surgical expertise, academic contributions, and patient-centered approach to care, Prof. Dr. Arndt has performed more than 15,000 ENT and head & neck surgical procedures throughout his distinguished career.

Prof. Dr. Arndt completed his medical degree and specialist training in Germany and is German Board-certified in ENT Surgery, with additional specialization in Phoniatry and Pediatric Audiology. He continues to hold his academic title as Professor at the University of Regensburg, Germany, where he remains actively involved in teaching and delivering regular lectures.

He is an active contributor to the global ENT community, with over 30 scientific publications and more than 150 international lectures and presentations in the field of otolaryngology and head & neck surgery.

Prior to joining Mubadala Health Dubai, Prof. Dr. Arndt held several senior leadership and academic positions in Germany and has also practiced at HealthBay Polyclinic in Dubai. He remains affiliated with the Medical Faculty of the University of Regensburg, Germany.
