Dr. Sharmila Tulpule is a distinguished Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery with more than 30 years of experience, specializing in regenerative medicine and orthopedic surgeries.
Dr. Tulpule obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Nagpur University, India, followed by a Master of Surgery in Orthopedics at the same institution. She further advanced her expertise with a Diplomat and Fellowship from the American Board of Regenerative Medicine, USA.
Dr. Tulpule is a founder of the Orthobiologix Center in Mumbai, India, and is recognized as one of the few female orthopedic surgeons globally pioneering in regenerative medicine. She is also an official affiliate of the American Board of Regenerative Medicine, conducting training courses in the field, and is a member of the American Society of Regenerative Medicine.
Prior to joining Mubadala Health Dubai, Dr. Tulpule served as a Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery at HBG Medical Center, Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), Dubai. Her extensive experience and patient-focused approach have made her a respected figure in the medical community.
At Mubadala Health Dubai, Dr. Tulpule’s scope of practice includes regenerative treatments such as PRP (plasma-rich platelet therapy), GOLDIC (a regenerative therapy), and adipose stem cells for various conditions including osteoarthritis, sports injuries, and knee pathologies
