Natasha Ajaka is a senior Clinical Dietitian with over 13 years of experience in her field.
Mrs. Ajaka completed her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as her Master's Degree in Nutrition and Public Health at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon. She has contributed to several research articles published in international peer-reviewed medical journals. In Lebanon, Mrs. Ajaka actively engages in medical nutrition therapy and has hosted numerous radio show episodes addressing various clinical nutrition and public health topics, including nutrition in oncology patients, eating disorders, common nutritional mistakes, and nutrition in diabetes. With her extensive professional knowledge and intervention skills in medical nutrition therapy, she collaborates effectively within multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal nutrition care for patients and caregivers.
During her tenure in Dubai, she provided care across all age groups, managing a diverse range of chronic and critical illnesses. Her expertise extends to oncology/hematology, renal conditions, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, inflammatory diseases, cystic fibrosis, failure to thrive, mental health, and eating disorders, catering to patients spanning from neonates to the elderly.
As an integral part of health care team, her scope of service includes based comprehensive nutrition care to patients through diet therapy, education, and preventive measures; encompassing all aspects of nutrition care process, which includes, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation.
