Suhail Atallah

Suhail Atallah is an experienced healthcare operations leader with more than a decade of experience in operational strategy, service delivery, and business improvement. As Director of Clinical Operations at Mubadala Health Dubai, he provides operational leadership across clinical services, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Suhail has developed extensive experience in healthcare operations and the management of specialty healthcare services. Prior to his current role, he held operational leadership responsibilities across the HealthPlus Network of Specialty Centers and Moorfields Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi, where he contributed to the management and optimization of multiple service lines and supported collaboration between clinical and administrative teams.

His experience spans operational strategy, business improvement, service delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. With a strong focus on aligning operational performance with organizational objectives, Suhail works to develop efficient and sustainable processes that support both clinical teams and the patients they serve.

Suhail is a certified member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (MIoL). His leadership approach is grounded in evidence-based management, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a particular emphasis on strengthening patient experience, operational efficiency, and the reliability of healthcare services.
