Dr. Moza Ajaif Al Zaabi is the Chief Executive Officer of Mubadala Health Dubai, bringing over two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, clinical practice, and hospital operations across the UAE.
A Consultant Paediatrician and accomplished healthcare executive, Dr. Moza currently serves as CEO of Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital. Previously, she served as the Founding CEO of Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital and Adam Vital Ortho-Spinal & Sports Medicine Hospital.
She is recognized for leading healthcare transformation, building high-performing organizations, and advancing clinical excellence, operational efficiency, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Dr. Moza holds an MBBCh from Cairo University, MRCPCH (UK), and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She is also a graduate of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Development Program.
