Dr. Zakieh Al-Jayousi brings over 30 years of extensive experience in Pediatrics, dedicated to the healthcare of children from infancy through adolescence.
Dr. Al-Jayousi's journey in medicine began at the University of Jordan where she earned her Bachelor of Medicinein 1985. Following her initial medical training, she advanced her specialization in Pediatrics at Jacksonville University Hospital, Florida. She achieved Board Certification from the American Board of Pediatrics in 1992.
Dr. Al-Jayousi is known for her patient-centered approach, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to the specific needs of each child. She fosters an environment of trust and reassurance, facilitating open communication with both patients and their families.
Prior to joining Mubadala Health Dubai, she was a pediatric consultant at Sulaiman Alhabib Medical Group in Dubai, Al-Futtaim Dubai & al Qassimi hospital in sharjah. Her administrative and clinical prowess has significantly enhanced the pediatric services at these institutions.
Dr. Al-Jayousi's scope of practice includes the management of a wide array of pediatric conditions, including newborn children & adolescence. Her clinical expertise is complemented by a robust involvement in medical education, where she has mentored countless medical students and residents throughout her career.
