Dr. Selma Faour

Biography

Dr. Selma Faour is an expert Specialist Dermatologist with over 21 years of experience in both medical and aesthetic dermatology.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Medical University-Plovdiv in Bulgaria, followed by postgraduate Training in Skin and Venereal Diseases. This extensive training underscores her deep commitment to her specialty and her expertise in delivering comprehensive dermatological care.

Dr. Faour is a distinguished member of several dermatological associations, actively participating in dermatological conferences both internationally and locally, including the Abu Dhabi Dermatology Meeting. She has furthered her expertise by completing multiple courses in cosmetic and laser treatments, as well as a two-year diploma in Homeopathy.

Prior to joining Mubadala Health Dubai, Dr. Faour served as a Specialist Dermatologist at Mediclinic Al Sufouh in Dubai, Burjeel Day Surgery Centre in Abu Dhabi and Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital in Al Ain and Tawam Hospital in Al Ain. Her approach is known for being detailed and patient-centric, focusing on both clinical outcomes and patient comfort.
