Prior to pursuing her PhD in the United Kingdom, Dr. Al Falahi practiced as a DHA-licensed psychology practitioner at Rashid Hospital, where she acquired extensive experience working with complex and varied cases of psychological disorders. Additionally, she is an expert in psychological assessments and diagnoses.
Dr. Al Falahi has witnessed the efficacy of an integrative approach to therapy while working at Rashid Hospital with a strong team of specialized Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrists. Such an approach enables her to tailor the therapy to the client's needs, establishing a strong therapeutic relationship by providing a judgment-free, secure environment and a compassionate mode of communication. She favors this approach as she enjoys listening to others, guiding them through their difficulties, and assisting them in retaining useful strategies so they can ultimately become self-sufficient.
