Dr. Amal Badi

Biography

Dr. Amal Badi is a distinguished Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with an impressive 39 years of experience in the field.

Dr. Badi obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Tripoli, Libya, in 1983. Then, she further honed her expertise with a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Tripoli in 1988, followed by her Swedish Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Uppsala University, Sweden, in 1991.

Before her role at Mubadala Health Dubai, Dr. Badi served as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Koster Clinic, Dubai, from 2019 to the present, and at Medical International Specialist Centre, Dubai from 2011 to 2019.

Scope of Practice

• Comprehensive management of high-risk obstetrics including advanced diagnostic ultrasound such as fetal nuchal translucency, anomaly scans, and fetal echocardiography.
• Expert in gynecological conditions such as deep infiltrating endometriosis, pelvic floor disorders, and chronic pelvic pain.
• Specializes in the diagnosis of breast conditions, offering dedicated breast ultrasound services.

• Skilled in advanced gynecological surgeries including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures.
• Expert in managing complex obstetric cases, offering a full spectrum of obstetric care from prenatal to postnatal services including cesarean section and complicated deliveries
